Mr. Tomohiro Oshita was appointed as President & CEO of the Company and a member of the Human Resource and Remuneration Committee in February 2026. He joined Hino Motors Japan in 2007. His appointment reflects a career defined by exceptional leadership, global vision, and strategic excellence. He has extensive experience in international business and overseas operations, managing markets across Europe, Africa, South Asia, China, and Oceania. Renowned for his strategic acumen, he has also led Toyota-related global business planning and sales activities. His leadership journey is marked by high-impact assignments across key international hubs including Thailand, the Philippines, and Hong Kong, where he served as Managing Officer and Board member, overseeing large-scale operations.
